Hello Bill O'Sullivan!
While the dust is settling in Eggnoggland, it's about to rise again for lead singer-Bill O'Sullivan's solo effort. Palaver Records will release Phillip's Head on March 17th 2012. "A conceptual work of loosely-jointed tales, "Phillip's Head" chronicles a dreamer's gradual descent from euphoria, to substance abuse and insanity," says O'Sullivan.
